Job Description:
We are looking for a high caliber individual to complete our software development team, in a full time, permanent position. The selected person will be instrumental in analyzing and developing the new Web2.0 and Nutrition Therapy feature sets of the SOSCuisine.com website features, as well as participate in the maintenance and improvements of existing features. This person's tasks will include:
Doing the detailed design of deliverables in accordance with functional specifications. Document the design specifications when required.
Programming the features and interfaces of deliverables, in accordance with internal technical standards. Document the code and test specifications.
Delivering the developed code via a version control system, where each developer has his own branch..
Testing deliverables produced by other developers.
Integrating own deliverables as well as those developed by the other programmers.

Technical Requirements:
Required:
Strong coding skills and eagerness to code
Technical (DEC), or University (B.Sc./B.Eng.) diploma in Computer Science
Two years or more experience in a professional environment, doing software development
Expertise in WEB development (XHTML, JS, CSS)
Good practical knowledge of PHP technologies (object oriented PHP4), and SQL (specifically MySQL)
Knowledge of the SVN version control system or equivalent (CVS, Rational ClearCase, etc.)
Knowledge of UML
Nice-to-haves:
Experience with the Apache Web Server
Experience with UNIX environments (specifically Linux)

Nous recherchons une personne de très haut calibre pour compléter notre équipe de développement, dans un poste permanent à temps plein. La personne choisie aura à effectuer l'analyse et le développement des volets Web2.0 et Thérapie Nutritionnelle du site SOSCuisine.com, ainsi qu'à participer à la maintenance et aux améliorations des fonctionnalités existantes. Ses tâches inclueront notamment :
La conception détaillée (design) des livrables en accord avec les spécifications fonctionnelles. La documentation des spécifications de design au besoin.
La programmation des fonctionnalités et des interfaces des livrables, en accord avec les normes techniques internes. La documentation du code et la rédaction des cahiers de test.
Le livraison de son développement via un système de contrôle des sources où chaque développeur a sa propre branche.
Les tests des livrables des autres programmeurs.
L'intégration de ses propres livrables et de ceux développés par d'autres programmeurs.

Diplôme technique en informatique (DEC) ou universitaire (B.Sc./B.Ing.)
Deux années ou plus d'expérience en informatique dans un millieu de travail professionnel
Expertise en développement WEB (XHTML, JS, CSS)
Bonne connaissance pratique des technologies PHP (notamment PHP4 orienté objet) et SQL (spécifiquement MySQL)
